Information pursuant to article 13 of Italian D. Lgs. 196/2003

Pursuant to article 13 of Italian D. Lgs. 196/2003 (hereinafter “T.U.”), and regarding personal information that GRANVELA SpA will come into possession, you are hereby informed of the following:

1. DEFINITION OF 'PERSONAL INFORMATION'
For the purposes of this informational document, for “personal information” – as better specified in Article 4 of the Italian Code – “any information regarding an individual, legal entity, corporation or association, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, through reference to any other information, including a personal identification number” is intended. This informational document shall be applied exclusively to personal information gathered through the website www.granvela.it (hereinafter the “Website”) or as otherwise indicated herein and shall not be applied to other websites owned by third parties, which may be accessed through a link present on the Website. The Website may be accessed without granting use of personal information.

2. INFORMATION PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
GRANVELA SpA gathers several items of personal information (first name, last name, email address, phone number, mailing address, etc.) provided voluntarily by users of the Website through dedicated registration forms or sent to GRANVELA SpA by email.

3. BROWSING INFORMATION
With the functioning of the Website, several items of personal information may be acquired, the communication of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Included in this category of information are IP addresses or dominion names for computers used by users connected to the Website, addresses noted as URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of resources requested, the time of requests, the method used in submitting requests to the server, the size of files obtained as a response, the numerical code indicating the status of the data response from the server (successful conclusion, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the user’s IT environment. This information shall be used only for the purposes of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to control that it is functioning correctly [and is deleted immediately after processing]. Information may be used to verify responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes damaging the Website.

4. DATA SURFING AND COOKIES
The website granvela.it uses technical and third-party cookies (Google Analytics and Google Adwords).

We don’t use cookies for tracking personal information or persistent cookies.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. 5. AIMS OF USE OF INFORMATION
Use of personal information is aimed solely for requesting information on GRANVELA SpA or contact requests and/or correct and complete implementation of the professional task received, both in judicial areas and extrajudicial areas.

6. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Use of personal information shall be carried out through the operations or series of operations indicated in article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the “T.U.”: gathering, registration, organization, preservation, consultation, processing, changing, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of information. Operations may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic tools or automated tools. Use shall be carried out by the holder and/or those designated for use.

7. GRANTING OF INFORMATION AND REFUSAL
Granting of ordinary, sensitive and judiciary personal information is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities stated in point 4. Any refusal by the interested party to grant personal information shall result in an inability to perform the activities referred to in point 4.

8. COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION
Personal information must be communicated to those charged with use and may be communicated for aims referred to in point 4 to external collaborators, subjects working in the judicial sector, counterparties and related defense, boards of arbitrators, in general, all those subjects to whom communication is necessary for proper performance of those aims indicated in point 4.

9. CIRCULATION OF INFORMATION AND TRANSFER OF INFORMATION ABROAD
Personal information is not subject to circulation. Personal information may be transferred to countries of the European Union or to countries outside the European Union within the aims indicated in point 4.

10. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Article 7 of the “T.U.” allows the interested party to exercise specific rights, including that of obtaining from the holder confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal information and their availability in an intelligible form; the interested party has the right to gain knowledge regarding the origin of the information, the aims and methods of use, the logic applied to use, the identifying data of the holder and the subject to whom the information may be communicated; the interested party also has the right to obtain updates, rectifications and additions to information, deletion, transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of information used in violation of the law; the holder has the right to be against, for legitimate reasons, use of information.

11. HOLDERS AND RESPONSIBLE PARTIES OF USE
The holder of use is GRANVELA SpA with offices in Milan Corso Matteotti, 3. The holder of use of personal information is GRANVELA SpA, with offices in Milan Corso Matteotti, 3. The holder of use is also Gandini&Rendina Soluzioni Interattive S.r.l. - Alzaia Naviglio Grande 150 - 20144 Milan. For use carried out by GRANVELA SpA, petitions regarding exercising rights referred to in article 7 of the Code may be forwarded in writing or through email sent to the address info@granvela.it. Requests regarding the identity of those responsible for use designated by GRANVELA SpA may also be made orally. Gandini&Rendina Soluzioni Interattive S.r.l. has designated Ms Enrica Curatola as the person responsible for use.

12. CHANGES TO THIS INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENT
Changes may be made to this informational document for the purpose of adopting changes of Italian and/or European law or to adapt to innovations in technology or for other reasons. Any changes will be reported on the Website.
